Description
The body of the is formed with11ga Grade 50 High Strength Low Alloy (HSLA) Steel into a C section with multiple bends to increase the strength of the body yet reduce the weight. The bottom of the body is smooth to aid in sliding over obstacles.
The body is tied to the frame with 4 formed legs from 7GA HSLA that is inset welded into the body of the slider and attach to the frame with large l Shape flanges. The L shaped flange that wraps the bottom of the frame and ensures exceptional strength in mounting.
All attachments are into existing holes with captive nuts or with stick nuts / nuts plates provided.
The full length tread plate is textured for additional grip when wet. The plate has formed ridges on it to ensure a slip free surface even when wet or coated with snow and ice. All Slider components are powder coated with a four step process for the ultimate resiliency.
The sliders are supplied with a complete high quality hardware kit and installation instructions.
