Polyester Bushings Kits

These bushing kits are produced using an advanced polyester compound that is in certain applications 25% softer than urethane bushings. These kits comes close to giving the same feel and ride quality of rubber bushings, but offer better life than rubber bushings.

Where required, the steel inner sleeves and/or steel outer sleeves are bonded to the polyester material as opposed to the usual ‘free pivoting’ environment. Once plated, the steel components are cleaned and a free molecule bonding agent is applied under strict quality control procedures.
