The Outback Drawer Systems consist of eleven modules accross three styles. This system also provides flexibility to change, rearrange or add modules and accessories over time. A growing range of accessories allow the system to be tailored to specific needs. As well as suiting most traditional applications, Outback Solutions modules can also be fitted to non traditional applications such as flat beds, trailers, buses and more.
The modules are the Drawer
the Drawer with Roller Floor
and the Roller Floor.
The drawers are supplied as single units, but can be stacked, installed side-by-side or a combination.
When stacked or side-by-side, the two units are bolted together ensuring additional support for the drawer systems.
The Drawer is a single unit with a fixed top. The Drawer with the Roller Floor is the same drawer, but the top rolls out. The Roller Floor is a 5.51" tall unit that allows for lower mounting in the vehicle. It contains a shallow drawer for storate and a slide out top for mounting a fridge or similar appliance.
The chassis is constructed from galvanized steel. The drawer utilizes a system of roller bearings to provide smooth action, even when loaded to the 220lb capacity (per drawer). The ends of the chassis is trimmed with plastic trim.
The drawers uses a custom made lockable slam latch to securely close the drawer. A system of rubber stoppers lock the drawer down in the closed position to ensure rattle free operation.
